N.B. I feel the need to clarify: that thing in my bangs is the end of a bobby pin…not a flake! LOL:) Also – sorry about my “fruit is bad, carbs are bad” mini rant. 🙂
- Drink an 8 ounce cup of water first thing in the morning before anything else. Drink water throughout the day.
- Regular sleep habits.
- Eat lots & a variety of fruits and vegetables each day (try for a rainbow of colors).
