Top 3 habits for health. (3 minute video.)

N.B. I feel the need to clarify: that thing in my bangs is the end of a bobby pin…not a flake! LOL:) Β Also – sorry about my “fruit is bad, carbs are bad” mini rant. πŸ™‚

  1. Drink an 8 ounce cup of water first thing in the morning before anything else. Drink water throughout the day.
  2. Regular sleep habits.
  3. Eat lots & a variety of fruits and vegetables each day (try for a rainbow of colors).
