Here’s my PSA about before and after photos. They can be very easily staged. Honestly. It cracks me up because I regularly do them in my full length mirror for my almost 7 year old and she laughs her head off.

Get it? 30 seconds, folks. Makes those web ads and infomercials seem all that much worse, doesn’t it?
*Take home note though, improve your posture by lengthening / stretching chronically contracted / shortened / WEAK muscles (pectorals, hip flexors, etc.) and restoring tone to chronically inhibited / lengthened / WEAK muscles (mid/lower trapezius, rhomboids, spinal erectors) and you look a whole lot more “fit”. Chest up, shoulders back, eyes ahead – Mom WAS right! 😜
